Insert Nuts

The insert nut is first riveted on one side using a rivet nut gun to a thin plate shaped structural part with a corresponding size circular or hexagonal hole in advance, making the two a non-removable whole. Then another part or structure can be attached to the rivet nut using the appropriate size screw, making the two a removable whole.

Domed Cap Nuts

Domed cap nuts are used where the end threads of the bolt need to be covered.

Round Nuts

Round nuts are mostly fine tooth nuts, need to use special wrenches, such as hook wrenches to install and remove. Generally with a round nut stop washer, often used with rolling bearings.

Wing Nuts

Wing nuts and generally can be assembled and disassembled by hand without the use of tools, usually used in the need for frequent disassembly and not much force occasions.

Square Nuts

The use of square nuts is the same as hexagonal nuts, and its characteristic is that when assembling and disassembling, the nuts are not easy to slip with wrenches, but can only be assembled and disassembled with live wrenches, dull wrenches, dual-use wrenches (open part), or special square hole socket wrenches. It is mostly used on rough and simple components.
